Cedar Branch is a private wellness sanctuary in Shell Knob, Missouri. No drop-ins. No crowds. Just you, the lake, and space to restore.
We operate seasonally—Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter—each quarter offering a curated Ozark style hydrotherapy circuit and unique programming that honors the rhythms of nature and your body’s need for intentional rest. Located in Shell Knob, Missouri (45 minutes from Branson/Eureka Springs, 90 minutes from Bentonville), our lakefront space offers intentional healing in an exclusive setting.
Cedar Branch opens May 1, 2026. Spa passes are available for private members only sessions, this is not a public spa.
Non-members are encouraged to join one of our sound baths and tour the grounds before committing to your private spa membership!

Our founder, Molly, dreamed of creating a space that felt smaller, quieter, and more human — rooted in nature, transformation, and care. After years of healing and rebuilding, Cedar Branch was born: a sanctuary that feels sacred, seasonal, and alive.

Each visit is a 90-minute exclusive retreat for our members. During that time, the entire space is yours.

When does my membership start?
All members who join before May 1 begin their membership on May 1, 2026. Your membership will auto-renew in 2027. Once approved, you can book your first spa day right away!
What if I can’t make it to sessions?
If life gets busy, you can book your sessions when it works for you or skip that season. Annual memberships allow us to maintain the grounds, and while you commit to the full year, members still book each visit individually.
Can I bring guests?
Yes! Members can bring up 1 guest per visit (or book out for group session for an additional fee). You must be present with your guests. Cedar Branch is members-only—guests can only visit when accompanied by a current member.
Why are you closed January-February?
Rest is part of the practice. We close for approximately 6 weeks each year (Jan/Feb) to restore the space, plan seasonal programming, and honor the need for pause.
What if you reach 50 members before I join?
You’ll be added to a waitlist. When a spot opens, waitlist members get first access. We’re truly limiting capacity to preserve the intimate nature of the sanctuary.
Are there any age restrictions for membership?
Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and above. Our services cater to adults seeking a luxurious and relaxing spa experience.

Shell Knob, Missouri, on Table Rock Lake. We’re 45 minutes from Branson/Eureka Springs and 75 minutes from Bentonville/Rogers Arkansas. Exact address provided upon membership confirmation.
